Stopped by the Columbus Circle store on Tuesday, 10.17.17 and received a warm greeting from Bianca. After Bianca showed me some rings I purchased a gorgeous one: sterling silver w/ gold and lapis accents. I'll enjoy the ring for many years to come. Glad I discovered this thoughtfully curated jewelry store and will definitely go back to buy one of their necklaces.

Monica Rich Kosann shop at Time Warner Center is the BEST! Fantastic service and amazing product assortment. I am familiar with Monica's shop at Bergdorf Goodman but the product assortment provided at TWC is perfectly in my budget! You can get the greatest personalized gifts for family and friends. The designer, Monica, was in the store when I was there and along with her lovely sales team helped me pick out the perfect Poesy Ring for myself and come up with gift ideas for my loved ones for the holiday's. The windows are also amazing. LOVE LOVE LOVE this gorgeous shop!!

Thank you Hilary for your help! I do not live close to the area and Hilary was able to help me over the phone by sending me pictures and modeling the pieces for me. She was incredibly kind, patient and knowledgable. Such great customer service, she went above and beyond to help me pick out some gorgeous pieces. 5 STARS, I am a happy customer! :)

I had a very positive experience here. I can say it's tough to find quality jewerly especially ones you need customized. I bought a single diamond pendant and had photos put inside it that was done same day. Support smaller business people. The level of customer support I received here toh wouldn't get at the bigger guys. I think the brand is interesting nd the selection generous in quantity, quality and diversity. The person who helped me was Ciara. 5 stars for her service.

The staff at Monica Rich Kosann was unbelievably helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate an almost impossible request. . I had asked that something be delivered to my NYC apartment the same day to enable us to get out to Montauk for my granddaughter‘s birthday. With no hesitation, they took this challenge on. This was not an especially expensive item and they treated me as though I was spending a fortune. I cannot thank the people I dealt with, especiallyTai, enough.

What a fresh approach to merchandising, and what a wonderful sense of design! Really enjoyed browsing this store at Cols Circle. If you're visiting from out of town, down't pass the store by! I especially liked the shadow box book display concept. Innovative. Also really liked the locket-while-you wait concept. Just download one of your pix and they turn it into a locked. Really first-rate pieces. Not an overwhelming selection, IMO. Just a nice variety of well-made pieces and very nice design.
